Personality[]
Kukulcan is a serious, realistic spirit, with simple desires, and a heavy hand for punishment. Impatient at times, he attempts to form close bonds with his avatars, but allows them to maintain lives outside of him, if not outside his influence, and leaves them to a mortal lifespan as well. It is his will that must be supreme, and he doesn't take questions from his lessers very well. Like the snake he is, he is largely cool, collected, and rational; the occasional spurts of anger or aggressiveness are usually in regards to something he desires. He takes a particular satisfaction in violence for his benefit or pleasure, and bloodsports in general. He does not make friends with other gods and spirits. His concern is always for his own satisfaction.

History[]
Kukulcan is the ultimate patron spirit of the Echidnas. Evident from an early stage of their growth, it was his likeness carved into the temples and the motif throughout the city. He protected them viciously, but maintained a passive approach against their interactions with other gods and spirits, and did nothing to prevent the near-extinction event from a spurned Chaos.

- Kukulcan's name comes from Kukulkan or Quetzalcoatl, the Mayan/Azteca feathered snake deity of war, and a representation of the state. He has close ties to their sun god, and was connected to specific events or figures like the gods of the wind, Venus, the dawn, merchants and arts, crafts, schooling, and knowledge, and priesthood itself. He was, at the essence, a creator or fertility figure. This is exceptionally important to the presentation of this Kukulcan.
